Shooters HQ Digital collects the information needed to deliver a shot breakdown or Weekly Shot Feedback subscription: purchaser and player information you provide during checkout and intake, shooting footage you upload, and basic acquisition data (such as UTM parameters) used to understand how visitors find the site.
How footage is used
Footage you submit is used only to prepare your personalized breakdown or feedback. It is not used publicly or for marketing purposes without your separate, written permission.
Data retention and deletion
Raw footage is targeted for deletion 90 days after an order is completed unless it is needed for an active Weekly Shot Feedback subscription. You may request deletion of your footage and records at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and operational limitations.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without parent or legal-guardian involvement. Purchases and intake for players under 18 require an adult purchaser, and additional safeguards apply for players under 13.
