Unusable footage
If the footage you submit cannot be analyzed, we will request replacement footage rather than issue a refund. Your delivery timeline begins once usable footage is received.
When a refund may apply
If Shooters HQ is unable to complete a purchased breakdown, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not issued automatically based solely on dissatisfaction with coaching feedback.
Subscriptions
Weekly Shot Feedback subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period.
Final language pending
The exact refund terms above remain configurable pending owner approval and attorney review before this policy is treated as final.
